I have got something bumpy, not really wart or may be a wart in my nose and forehead ( around 3 to 4). I can feel it with my bare finger and sometimes I did peel off skin like thing when it's dry. It doesn't have any pus as such but it looks little darker than my skin tone. It's on my nose for more than a year. I didn't feel like going for a check up until it's little more bumpy from few days.
