Some pimple/blisters near the exit/anus

Currently I notice a bubbwhich I can touch and feel right next to anus. It's paining now and have a burning sensation. Based on my understanding it's not coming out of ass hole but is next to the hole. While I pass the stool, I have pain as well. It looks like piles but need some medical advise and medicine to be used

It may be external haemorrhoid as pain is there, continue sitz bath
