Some infection on Penis

Before 1 month I saw a white patch on my penis skin and ignored it thinking it will go . Now there are 2-3 such patches and i am worried. I have attached some pics . Plz tell a home remedy if possible. Thanks. Also note that these rarely itch and are painless .
