Hello Dr. Sometime when I enter in lift or sit in front of car when it moves suddenly I get some feeling in chest area.. Couldnt tell exactly. May be feel like heart going to fall or stop

Hi, Do you have claustrophobia. If not then a physical examination would help finding the cause. However such symptoms are not seen in any heart related disease. Please share if you have breathlessness while activity, chest tightness or pain , palpitations, pain in left arm or shoulders.
