Some choking feel in throat no acidity, and pain in throat, doctor said acid reflux may i know the exact problem

Recurring esophageal reflux can cause spasm and it feels like chocking. Mostly gastric secretions which are having acids are the irritant which causes spasms and chocked feeling.

try to have more salads and avoid eating hurriedly. Also avoid fast foods and oily stuffs.
