Some bumps on my anal passage

Recently i saw cold sore while i had fever. After few days i started feeling some kind of pimple/bumps on my anal passage, no pain no itching. I thought it'll go off in few days. But now when i put finger down there i can feel the bumps are increasing and the previous one's are increasing in size. What shall i do? Whom shall i consult for checkup? I hope that's not very serious issue
