Is there any solution for astma in ayurveda. I'm 50 yr old and now due to asthma I feel very difficult to breathe

Solution available but as per the patient condition solution differs.  Next I would advise you to have hot food,  freshly prepared and hot water.  Night have dinner early before 8.
