My wife is pregnant and it’s her 4th month. She is having problem of sneezing when she wakes up and in night her nose gets blocked. Can we use air humidifier or air purifier to control it ?

She seems to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines. Since she is pregnant only few medications can be prescribed safely. You consult nearby ENT specialist
