I have travelled from my village to my home on bike for 500 om yesterday & came Home. Since yesterday night I was sneezing continously & has running nose from morning I have done the steam with turmeric and mint leafs I feel that I can breathe freely but some itchi feeling in nose & cant stop sneezing
