Too much sneezing (10-20 times) at dust and often cold ...blocking of nose...sometime breathing problem at night...feeling ok for somedaays after taking anti-histamine but problem comes again...

It's all seasonal change, you may b suffering upper respiratory infection. Continue with antibiotics, histamine and antipyretics, and steam inhalltion is best in nose block, have precaution and if not better do consult for better result.
