Doctor, I'm allergist to dust, paint smell, while frying spices, walking on roads side while lots of dust, etc. I return from my office in bike between 7-8.30pm. after dinner I go for sleep at 10.30pm. at midnight ,most of the days I get up for drinking water, as I would feel thirsty and then again I for sleep, immediately I start sneezing, and I am unable to get sleep. If I don't get up in between also, i end up sneezing, when I get up i'm mornings as well. Kindly help out of this, as this happens on almost 5 days a week.
