Hello I used to be a smoker but have quit for one year. I have got black lips due to cigarette butts. Please suggest a surgery and the cost for it.

hello there. what surgery do you want to undergo for your lips? just apply lip balm with SPF 15 and you will be alright. it will gradually reduce. regards
