Smell n taste loss

I have tested negative in COVID test but still don't have smell n taste . I also have low graded fever n tiredness . What i have to do now . Plz suggest?

Don't worry...Loss of taste and smell is common in viral fever including covid... Sometimes Covid testing shows false negative too...

Ur sensation will be back in 5-7days. regarding fever u can take paracetamol and start with vitamin c and multivitamins too.
