Doctor, I have developed white smelly layer on lower part of my skin. My skin there has become red. Even while having sex, it pains a lot. The skin do get cuts too. What is the solution? Help me with medication.

cleaning the penis head every time at bathing and after passing urine is good way to prevent local accumulation. eat curds every two three days to help colonise your gut with good bacteria. this can prevent recurrence too.
