Hello 1. Mostly in pregnancy breast size has to increase and as well as it not loosen. but you have this issue may something happens in doubt. 2. Sometimes due to side effect of duphaston it may occurs. and so that after you will stop it it may regain. 3. In pregnancy sometimes breast size increases and that time in some cases it can have looseness of breast but not softness.
