On my upper lips there are my small dots since six months. I have sensitive teeth and bad breathe problem also. Please suggest me reason  and remedy for this.

Please get scaling and polishing done. That should take care of bad breath. Use a sensitivity toothpaste if teeth are sensitive. If sensitivity is due to cavities your dentist may advise you to fill the cavities. The white spots need to be checked to be diagnosed accurately
