I am 16 years old.I have a small stone like thing in back side of right testis. I didn't go for any sonography and to a doctor.When I touch I feel it. Please tell me the reasons for it. And what's the treatment. Can I mastrabute or not? Does mastrabution causes it? Please give a detailed explanation.
