This type of rashes have around the cap shape of the front of Penis during last 3 year. It has some irritation like infection or itching. By using some antibiotic lotion or Cream,it relieves itching or irritation temporally and again come back. This rashes spread gradually around the upper penis in rounding figure. This  problem is under the cover skin. I mean penis' skin. The cap type penis' border has high in round shape in the infection area.
