I have small pimples on penis outer skin from last few days,they don't hurt me but I am very scared due it. Please guide me

Consult Now
It is better if you consult a dermatologist near your place. It has to be examined. It could be benign pearly papules of penis. However it has to be diagnosed after examination. Don't try any creams on your own
