Small pimples on my cheeks

I have minute pimples on my cheeks. Donno whether they are really pimples. It is very small and not doing anything. When I consulted a dermatologist, she told they are like heat boils. But they are not going and becomes so much visible when my face becomes oily. Need some help to get rid of this.

Can you please upload or send pictures to me  for better diagnosis and treatment. are you applying anything for treating it. Without looking at pictures its difficult to treat it. Stop using cosmetics. Frequently wash your face with water only.
