Hello. We have to make sure whether its a pimple or something else . There are so many conditions mimicking smaller pimples. Don't try any OTC creams as it might irritate ur skin and make it worse. Start using face wash and sunscreen regularly and get a opinion soon to get rid of it. Thank you
