Hi my penis size is  around 1.5 inch and around 2-2.5 inch when erected. Is that a problem ? And is there a medical treatment for this ?

Hi The penis size doesn't matter, if it is functioning well. Do not worry about it. If you need to improve the size consult a surgeon, who does cosmetic surgery
