I have small painless dots (bumps) all around my penis.I have no problem like itching or redness due to that but just wanted to know ,is it normal or not ? *Never had sex before.

hello there. the small lesions could be pearly white papules which are normally present all around the glans on the edge. consult a dermatologist for further help. regards
