Hello!! The lump or palpable lymph node in the neck area may be because of multiple reasons. Most commonly it is because of dandruff or any infection in scalp or ear or anything like sore throat.  It is very important to know the size, duration or area of neck where you can feel the lump. Also in indian population TB is also common for such presentation.
