Small size lump behind uvula for last 3years doctor asked me about acidity that i have given monocid o bf brakefast and dinnr 5ml and tamgut 40 aftr food now it's 20days same acne type lump with 2 more acne r and l no pain wile swallow please suggest I m worried every time I'm searching in depressed
