Hello Doctor, I am working as a Banking Professional, occasional smoker and drinker. I am into health and fitness. I do run Marathons every year and maintain a proper balance with the food I consume. I have hereditary Varicose vains which is absolutely under control due to my runs and elevation that I use in the night. I am into body building and have never taken any steroids. I do consume whey protein after my work out and a scoop of BCAA after my run.I also sometimes have vitamin E tablets which is Evion. The Problem is that I have noticed a couple of lumps on my arms. One is below the left bicep, one each above the both elbows. Although there is no pain that I feel but but it I would want to figure out a way to get rid of it. Can you please advise.
