Small lump like structure on the wrist

2021-10-26 04:57:30
Been more than 4-5 years since I have a small lump like forming on the wrist of my left hand. Sometimes it increases automatically, sometimes it slightly gets decreased. Generally it doesn't pain but at times it does pain, and at the time I cannot move my left hand as freely as I do with my right. I used wrist support band as well for quite some time but it only reduced the lump while I wore it. Once I removed it that lump came back to its normal position. Now I want to get it removed permanently, what should I do.?
