Small lump in top corner of eye socket

I noticed a small lump in the top corner of eye socket in my 5 yr old son it is where eyebrows begin. Its movable and can be felt only when you check it thoroughly. It has been there since very long and doesn't seem to go. No other symptoms i guess. Please advise what it could be, i am very worried.
