This lump is not painful but when touched pains a little is that very serious

There are many causes of swelling behind the helix such as sabaceous cyst, dermoid cyst, keloid etc. Clinical examination is necessary to confirm the diagnosis. Usually they are benign swellings and may not require any treatment
