Small cessel ischemic lesions in

My mom was complaining about paining of her left side body..like only one side pains from top to bottom to toes...as we consulter a dr and dr said to do mri and mra as per hid prescription we did it...the problem was with which came in impression was 1) small vessel ischemic lesions in bilateral frontal and partieal white matter 2) posterior disc buldge with suggestions of a small annular tear at L4/5 level mildly indenting the thecal sac They gave some tablets which isn't giving her relax...is there anything which can u help for... sometimes her jaw and face twitches as she got hurt 20 years ago by a granite on head and she did ct scan that time  but everything was normal...but her twitching of face and jaw started from that episode.. inspite of ct scan normal... after 20 years she's with small vessel ischemic lesions..pls doc suggest something for it

There are two probably three issues.. One is posterior disc bulge l4/5 butni dint feel thats the cause of concern so just do back extension exercises and lifestyle modification for it Other is twitching of face thats probably facial spasms due to 7th nerve irritation ..a medicine can be prescribed for it And your concern small vessel ischemic disease thats already there nothing can be done to revert it ..medications can be given given to lower the symptoms ... Kindly get her cardiaovascular system exmained and evaluated to determine the cause of these ischemic lesions ...2d echo and usg doppler  bilateral carotids
