It's been 4 days since i got small boils on my scalp leading to both sides of the forehead. Since then i have consuming a lot of water assuming that it's heat boils. The boils are not big, but small to medium sized, with minimal or no pain. But since morning it started ti feel a bit itchy as it looks like its drying up. Also, just wanted to inform that for the last few weeks i have been applying coconut oil on a daily basis on my scalp. Kindly let me know if it is just heat boils or infection.
