Small Black clot like thing in vomiting.

Sir/maam ,Today I tried to vomit in the morning after brushing, firstly a sour kind of liquid came out and then after a while a black clot like thing came out which was greasy when I rubbed it with my fingers. I am having gas and stomach rumbling since last night. I am very worried plz help. P.S :- I had loose motion too in the morning. After two episodes I took metrogyl.
