Slow pain is there b3low my heart, and its not letting , sleep.. pls suggest anything. Shall i go now to any hospital or should i wait for any symptoms

Hello gastro esophageal reflux disease Severe gastritis should be ruled out Avoid spicy food Have food on time Have dinner atleast 2 to 3 hrs prior to sleep consult gastroenterologist for further evaluation and treatment.
