Pls consult a psychologist to help you to get a further diagnosis of yourself... being slow doesn't mean end of the world . The diagnosis will help you identify and improve your condition. As for your concentration you need to practice meditation which helps you control your mind and pulls the energy to focus on the required subject. Also try and do one task at time . I think sequencing and organising your task will help you sort things out and also if you can then set small achive able realistic goals for day to day life.
