Slightly increase of TSH in thyroid repo

Lately I am diagnosed with Lean PCOD. The only problem I am facing is irregular periods. My doctor told me to do TSH and PRL test. PRL is normal. But TSH is not normal. Could you please tell me do I have to eat thyroid medicine for my whole life. Please check the report and tell me what should I do. P.S- Can Swollen Lymph nodes also leads to thyroid problem ?

Please check Ft4 and anti TPO antibodies. Reports suggest subclinical hypothyroidism which may require to treat if symptoms persist and antibodies are positive
