Slight Shivering white object in vision

Software Engineer by profession. 9 hrs in front of screen. Nearsighted from last 15 years. Now a days observing a strange symptom. When seeing white font or objects with black background, observing slight shivering sensation. Letters or window rods are shaking very little and observing it at center of vision. And when eyes move left or right, observing about 1to 5 seconds. Please assist.
