Slight numbness after urination

Since 3 days, I have slight numbness / discomfort in the area after urinating. This does not happen everytime. This discomfort happens when bladder is not completely full. Urine routine is negative. Urine culture no growth. Ultrasound all normal. Any treatment required for this problem or will it cure on its own? Note : I had got UTI 5 months ago and taken Bactrim DS and cured UTI completely in the past.

Symptoms should subside as there are no pointers  of any infection. Wait for sometime....avoid antibiotics on your own..... if new symptoms appear,  better consult a urologist.
