Hi, I am taking treatment for GERD ,taking antacids for more than four mouths, recently I observed a light difference in the upper mouth, I can feel very small hard portion In the upper mouth , I am worried if it's normal or if is is an issue, I have slight pain in checks and increased sensitivity in teeths.

It's normal. You need proper cleaning. For sensitivity you can use vantage toothpaste. Stop after your sensitivity subsides. For cheek pain we need further details. Use chlorhexidine mouthwash thrice daily.
