I was given eye drops to apply six times a day...for dry eyes symptoms i applies for 3 months i felt fine then I stopped for a while now my left I got an eye floater I don't think it's serious but only my left eye feels strained a lot ...if I refrain my watching anything digital im fine...I can watch laptop for hours but not mobile

Get ur refraction done..and use blucut lenses while screen time...take a break of 20 sec after every 20 min..do eye exercises..
