You will have to wear spectacles first. After rechecking eye power.
Use Refresh tears eye drop or any other lubricant four to six times a day.
Take 2 minutes break ,every half an hour of screen use. Reduce other types of screen use apart from your work.
Keep cool compresses using ice packs or cucumber slices once a day for your eyes.
