I feelthat my spit is slight red colour like blood specialy at morning after wake up and occasionaly in day time. i have no teeth or gum problem and i could not notice from where blood coming from. after consultation of physician check up the blood. it shows wbc 6000 rbc 4.5 million hemoglobin 12.3 but platelet only 91000. i had no fever or weakness or any desease in recent past. dr suggest vitamin c dose for three days. i want to know that whether this may be simple problem or aplastic anemia
