Hi, the problem which I'm facing nowadays is I couldn't wake up early, I tried everything. Sleeping early, keeping 10-15 alarms. This is happening for a week. first, even if I used to sleep at 1 am I would get up by 6:30 am for my workout but now I don't know what's wrong and i have migraine.
For the last month i've been sleeping 10-12 hours a day and i still wake up sleepy.Should i be worried?
