Side effects generally tend to settle down in a few days. Taking fluoxetine at night is definitely an option to consider. If this is not working consider factors you can work on to improve your experience with the medication- If day time drowsiness is a concern, consider taking it it earlier in the evening as opposed to late at night You can adjust the dose time in the evenings to optimise it’s effects- carefully evaluate how much time it takes to sleep after taking the medication at night and then how many hours you’re sleeping after that. If the number of hours of sleep haven’t increased or if it can be adjusted with sleeping and waking early then this may be used to change the dose time at night. If all this isn’t working, please see a psychiatrist for a review of medication
