My work nature and office hours are not allowing me follow a sleep routine. In the recent past, I'm going through a worst sleep phase. I get less than 5 hours of quality sleep and that too not during the night. Work hours, stress, mobile phone, social network, loneliness, food habits, depression. All these affect my sleep. Please suggest me some good practices to overcome the above problems and get good sleep in the night. I'm willing to take treatment to get better sleep
During office work, i feel pain and discomfort at the neck area. My working timing is generally 8-10 hrs
