Sleep Apnea

I had a sleep study yesterday. Ahi was 8. 63 respiratory events. 36 hypopneas, 12 central apnea, 7 Obstructive and 8 mixed. I did not go into REM sleep at all. Minimum SpO2 was 88% maximum was 95%. I feel sleepy and tired most part of the day. What should be the line of treatment. CPAP is uncomfortable and makes me wake up. Are oral appliances which push the lower jaw forward as effective? I am 27 years old with BMI 24.7

Hello Went through your post, you haven't mentioned BP in your sleep study.   Carrying a CPAP from the age of 26 with a minimum saturation of 88 I would not advice a good exercise program will one reduce your weight and improve your apnea and hypoapneas and you don't seem to have OSA. Regards
