Skin whitening, shrinking & shrevling

Hi Doctor, Since few days I observed that my palms becoming white & shrink when i take bath or do hand wash. My skin becomes white & shrink in 10-15 second after water pour on hands. Later my skin comes back to normal when water dries. I wash my hands frequently with liquid hand wash. Is this could be the reason? Could you please suggest what medicines need to be taken? For your reference I attached photo of my palm

Yes in this current scenario hand washing is a must Also it’ll be good if u can use a good moisteriser after washing your hands
