Skin under Breast Discolr

Since a few days (Mostly start of Winter, Pune) I have been feeling itchy under the breasts and felt relief by scratching the areas. I also felt itchy in the groin area. The area under the breasts has become weirdly Discoloured(Dark Brown), Same case with the groin area. the discoloration is looking horrible and has reached upto my cleavage.Please help if anything can be done via home remedy or requires some specialist consultation, Thank You
