My prepuce (fore skin of penis ) tears when I am doing sex. Means at time when my penis excites and when the fore skin folds it tears and feeling itching and some times blood flows out of it. Please suggest.

You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it.
