Greeetings - the skin tags need to be removed by radio frequency ablation method or by carbon di oxide laser ablation - i would suggest you to see a qualified dermatologist near you and dicuss the same with him. Also pls understand that there are no creams to effectively apply and eliminate skin tags - and you will definitely need a procedure.
