I have 2 acne like spots ( 1 imch long approx) one on my right chest and one on back of my right shoulder. They are red and white in colour and are hard. There is no white secretion inside. They sometimes cause itchiness but don't pain at all. How can i get rid of them. Plz help..

acne lesions doesn't become as large as 1 INCH!!
